Post your GTX1060 Overclocks

Could not find anything like this yet, guys please post your 1060 safe overclocks :D!

Currently OC'ing mine at 2229Mhz

7% Voltage using Zotac's Firestorm.

Would like to use this so that we can compare how well this card generally overclocks.

Google is your friend ..

-

on my 1070, it's +165mhz with +11% power limit (about 2033mhz core, I don't mess with memory overclocks)

the gpu however is almost always hitting the voltage and power limits..

thanks novideo for encrypting the bios and requiring a digital signature to reflash, and limiting the GPU to 1.06v

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Have not tried firestrike, tried some other games and the current clock doesnt seem to be stable enough for them.

Only in rainbow6 its stable. Gotta do some tuning.

2200+ is impossible under the current cards is why I say its false. Best I can get to be semi stable on 1 card is 2101 mhz with my 1070. I can be 100% stable at 2088mhz so 2229 is not an accurate statement IMO.

Yeah i understand so, but i forgot to state that i havent fully tested it to be stable yet.

I still want to see a screenshot where monitoring is showing your GPU running at 2229mhz, until then, I am crying farce.

Here it is, the first photo is of a 500mhz incremental, but with the core hitting 2138

the second is with 520mhz but with the core hitting 2158(hitting 2164 at random points in the chart i have no idea why).

It isnt hitting either 2209 or 2229 directly, but i have it set on the right in firestrike utility. (Therefore unstable)

The last image is of where the recordings took place, at presidential plane map in rainbow six siege, which my body nudged to a side of a box and pointed at an angle.

Therefore i would like to reiterate, non of these were tested to be stable, as when i went straight into tomb raider with 520mhz the game instantly crashed.

That is still 100 mhz lower than the 2229 you claimed...

If you take a close look at the boost clock to the right, you can see thats the number i took from.

I barely had 40 minutes to tinker with it as of now and im going to post my actual stable at a later date.

That's normal, very few Pascal chips can maintain >2100mhz on prolong heavy gaming load.

I'm very happy with my Gigabyte G1 Gaming 2.0 1060. Core speed is stable at 2101Mhz but I was able to push memory up to 9650Mhz and it's completely stable. 9700Mhz crashes in Firestrike. Due to low memory bandwith 1060s seems to benefit noticeable from high memory overclocks. This card is also very quiet ^_^
