CPU fan running fast

I noticed my CPU fan made a small noise, figured the rpm might be set a little high. Turns out i was right...

This is my laptop, which has a passive cooling for the CPU. Thought it would be fun to see what people thought about 25500rpm fans...

Lol i didnt hear anythig, just said it to try and make it seem like there was an actual reason i checked xD

Just a bug :P. There's no way they're at 25500 RPM... That's even higher than delta fans meant for data centers xD

It must be a bug considering there are no fans in the laptop:P

Asus E403SA, Pentium n3700 quad core, 128gig. Reason I bought it is cuz its cheap, aluminium slim and sleek body, 1080p screen plus i needed something apart from my desktop for things like Word and Pwerpoint. etc 

Plus the battery lasts for like 12 hours on high performance mode with high screen brightness, which i absolutely LOVE
