Is My RAM Dead?

My system is not posting with both my RAMs installed but is posting on single, so should i consider that the slot is dead or something else. Although the RAMs are working on either ports.

test each stick individually in different slots to rule out each slot and stick.

They are working individually in each slot but not together. They were working well before me PC restarted.

Thats probably either the motherboard or CPU then. MOre likely the motherboard though.
