Programs taking more CPU usage than before

Hi! I'm having an odd issue where many programs are taking more CPU usage than before, GTAV for example took around 60% usually, now it takes 90%.. this pattern repeats for many programs, I did recently just get a virus but I scanned root kits, full pc scan, and quick scan with AVG and problems continues. I then did a full PC scan with malwarebytes and still it persists whats next? I also went through apps & features, nothing, same with task manager background processes.

edit: I also ran ccleaner registry clean.. Nothin
