Gigabyte mobo keep boot looping

My board gigabyte GA ma 78gm us2h don know why  last time suddenly shuted down and can't open up my pc anymore . I tried replace my ram tried different processor and ram too, unplugged graphic card,all sata HDD, HD audio and all USB port , checked capacitors on my mobo (didn't spotted any black spot like electrical short effects) . So what wrong with my pc and how to fix it??

Try clearing the CMOS, thats usally step #1 with a malfuctioning mobo.
