Son's first computer, need help.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if you could help me out. My son has just got into gaming; he wants to start playing overwatch but sadly his laptop that he is playing on can barely run battlefield 2 so its time to upgrade him. Sadly i only have a very small budget.

Budget: $400 (Australian Dollars)

Must be able to run overwatch and csgo.

extra information: I have  2x r9 270 so no need to get a graphics card.

Kind regards

Annie

I am happy little Vegemite.

Yeah with the Trash Aussie dollar, it is so hard to find components on a budget.

Also, do you think you will do any Overclocking?

Pick up a cheap used HDD from somewhere. CPU is essentially an i3 6100 with 200Mhz less for half the price, and mobo is expensive asf but it's just for compatibility with the processor since it's on a new architecture. 550W PSU is very good quality and is probably enough for both GPUs in crossfire :P

idk
