Craches when gaming/

When i'm playing games like  GTA V. This shows up. Im not too sure what to do about it. Any help?

My power supply is a EVGA Supernova 550 G2.

It's ASUS' power surge protection, that happens when your power supply suddenly tries to give the computer power power than it needs. This is a sign of your power supply dying, replace it very soon.

But the power supply is only about a couple months old.

EVGA support is good so they should be able to help.
