New motherboard problems

Hey guys so i have a few questions. I got the Asus z270 code motherboard when i got it i reinstalled windows. but soon after if im on chrome at times it freezes up, Cpu is a i5 6600k 

Also i have a AIO corsair h100i v2 and it dosent show the fan speed as it did before or mobo temps.

Before i was using the gigabyte gaming 5 z170

Return it and get a new one if you keep encountering the same problem.
