Logitech macros not working

I have an issue with both my Logitech keyboard and mouse. Whenever I set a macro to act as a key press (for example: setting a mouse button to be a keyboard press of the "3" key). But for what ever reason no matter the profile,  default or persistent setting or application non of these type of macros will work... But if the same mouse button is rebound to pause or play or any "default macro/built in macro", etc for an application like spotify or google it will work no problem. 

Everything worked fine until I re-installed Windows... :( 

 

Has anyone had and or fixed this issue with Logitech mice/Keyboards?

 

So far I have: 

reinstalled LGS 5 times

used older LGS drivers

installed setpoint

made sure all device drivers are up to date and working

Is it just me or is Grammar slowly becoming extinct on LTT?
