RAM don't fit

I bought some new ram and it they won't stay in the case what should I do?  :lol:

What do you mean by stay in the case? Like it won't plug in at all?

I think he means the pin placements are wrong so it wont stay in the DIMM.

 

Aka his PC is DDR2 and he bought DDR3.

 

 

If i am correct the only thing you can do is take it back to the shop along with a current working bit of RAM and ask for there advice.

I'm assuming you bought the incorrect type of RAM. DDR3 in DDR2, or the other way around. Or you did something like buying laptop RAM. But if you want help, please provide actual pictures.
