Minecraft update

I just updated the xbox 360 version of Minecraft for my little brother and now the character wont look around. They can still walk, and the controllers still work, I have tried in other games. I uninstalled the update file completely and it still happens any ideas on how to fix this?

 

The game is on a disk not downloaded.

You may of turned off a setting.

for some reason when it downloaded it set the gamma and sensitivity down to 0 thanks
