Laptop not charging.

I have got a Toshiba satalite laptop and recently the battery has stopped charging and the whole system has slowed dramatically. To even use it I need to have it plugged in.

 

It's under warranty but I can't find the receipt.

 

Any input is appreciated, thanks for reading my post.

When it came to naming my account I was bored.

Your battery is defect probably. It's one of the common issues with some notebooks. You should send it for RMA otherwise buy a new battery.

I'll try find the receipt for a RMA thanks for your input :).
