Problem when turning on

Here are my specs

I5 7600

H110ma gigabyte

Rx480 4gb

600w cx corsair

 

I was swiching up my i3 6100 with a brand new i5 7600, so i updated my bios to version F20 and everything went fine, restarted and windows booted up, everything normal. Then i removed my i3 6100 and put up the i5 7600 and the cooler, switched the ram to the next slot because it didnt fit next to the cooler. When i put my psu on the "-"(on) the whole system starts blinking(fans and gpu leds) and its making a constant clicking noise, so i turned it off, and its happening everytime i put it on "on", i didnt even tried to boot it

Ok, so now i tried again, and it could turn on without any weird sounds but it shut of, then i tried turning it on again, and it worked! Booted up on windows and everything, is it better to take it to a ti guy? Im afraid i will open up a game or something and my pc will fucking explode
