Photoshop error HELP!

First thing it says after i try to open Photoshop CC2015 is this:

After i click OK this happens:

And after i click ok again it closes, what should i do help please :/

This issue just came up unexpectedly, you didn't modify anything in PS?

Use the Adobe CC Cleaner tool, uninstall PS and reinstall it.

I didnt modify anything, i was not using the pc for 1 week and today i want to work on something with photoshop and this happens
