I don't know where to put this, but this doesn't just affect peripherals, but all of my usb connections.  Okay so what happens is when I first start my pc, say the previus day I shut it down, well the next day after I try to turn it on, my pc will powerup but my keyboard will not be recognized, or anything, my wireless controller, my USB's, my mouse. Only if I shut down my pc, using the power supply turn off and turn on. Once it turns back on it then recognizes all of my usb devices. The thing is, it happened a few month's ago, maybe september or october.
