Computer won't boot

As the title suggest the computer won't boot at all.

Once I press the power button the computer turns on, HDD turns on, the screen stays black and from there I get a continuous beeping.

It is a Dell Inspiron 3521.

Hey,

The beeping, as well as the lights on the case may suggest what is wrong, you search the specific ways it does it, eg three long beeps or three light flashes and check if this is related to a specific fault.

Its two beeps, only the power light stays on.
