Try setting up a server using port 7777 (I assume you're port forwarding for a reason similar to that anyway) and check the port again.

It's more likely the tplink has port scanning disabled?

 

Try to actually access the server you are hosting.

Under Security > Advanced Security

 

This might be why it's saying 7777 is "disabled" where if you was actually trying to access the server it would work.
