Streaming with a Q6600

Would an overclocked Q6600 be able to handle streaming CS: GO at a 1280 x 1024 Resolution with the lowest settings?

 

EDIT: I also have an upload speed of 10Mbps.

I tried streaming CS: GO with a Core i3 2310M @ 2.1 GHz and I was dropping like 10,000 frames per second.

So have you tried it or not?

 

Let's be frank here, nobody knows for sure if it'll work. If you want to know if it'll work then find out.

If it doesn't work at 1280x1024 then try lower resolutions.
