Dynamic disc problem

Go to solution Solved by Mira Yurizaki,

I'm going with the idea of seeing if you can move the partition around before allocating the unused space. If that's even possible.

I have around ~800GB worth of data that have no place to go and not willing to move it away. Now that partition is getting close to be filled up so I goofed around a bit and fucked shit up

Format entire drive would be the best solution of converting back to Basic Disk and stop messing around with this shit but I have data I don't want to lose

External 3rd party app is being bitchy to me too. Because I have 2 A:\ partitions so it is not willing to help me. The smaller A:\ partition does not contain anything valuable so I can let it go but unsure how as I don't want to wash away my main A:\ partition on the right side too.

All I wanted was just to move that unallocated 292.98 GB to partition A:\ to help it out (running out of space soon). But external programs doesn't like working with Dynamic disks (fuck knows how I end up with Dynamic disk maybe during the time I move unallocated space from SeagateHDD partition to my A: partition and end up with this fucked up situation).

I do have a Ubuntu disc I can live boot into but I believe Linux can not access Dynamic discs.

I don't really care much if I have Dynamic disc or Basic. I just store files in there not doing something of extreme

Have you tried using something like Partition Wizard?

I;ve used EaseUS Partition master no go

Then I tried AOMEI Partition Assistant, says I need a Dynamic Disc converter

So I got it and here is the error

I will try Partiton Wizard too

I can move SeagateHDD all the way next to A:\ Total

But then stupid Music partition gets in the way. That could solve things as Music Partition isn't that big

And because it is a free program I can not apply stuff. Fuck
