Windows help!!!!!!!

Go to solution Solved by SCHISCHKA,

you cant do safe boot? the other thing to try is remove one ram stick to see if it triggers windows hardware detection to reconfig. Theres also the installation cd might be able to repair it

So I realized that my sisters computer was only using 3 out 4gb ram. So i watched some youtube. From there i went to run, msconfig then went to boot, then advanced options, then i changed the max memory to about 250MB (I know i should have thought this through) Now windows does not have enough ram to boot, I need help!!!!!!!!
