OK so we all know the joke about AMD chips running rather warm, mine doesn't. My FX6300 is overclocked to 4.6GHz (with a voltage boost of 0.24 V) and never hits more than 45-46C when stress testing and gaming is lower still. I looked on forums for suggested OC settings applied them to see if it would produce more heat, as it should. So after stress testing with these new settings applied something really weird happened:

So still no increase in heat but I get this really weird temperature fluctuation. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this temperature fluctuation? and also why there is so little heat being produced with something so overclocked and with a high voltage? I will attach the BIOS settings below. Thanks in advance.
