well if you haven't got a load of cash just carry it a separate bag until you can either

A) buy a dedicated keyboard

or

B) buy a nice case for it (like the one 8-Bit Ninja suggested 8-Bit Ninja

So I need help finding a carrying case for my keyboard. Its the corsair k65. I would love if it could fit inside 4 inch suitcase comfortably. If one of you could please direct me to a site where I could find this or just send me a link to one I would be grateful.

problem is I don't need to take a black and yellow box out of my suitcase in front of a room of engineers who all have 10+ years over me. Not to mention the number my dog did to the box.

find a stylish carrying case, and some hard foam, cut the foam to fit in the case, and then cut out a slot for the keyboard?

Maybe. What kind of case would work well with a keyboard.

Something like this, but the correct size. The problem is i doubt a keyboard carrying case exists as its suck a weird use case. Most people who buy keyboards take it out put it on their desk, and that's where it stays until it gets replaced. The costs of designing a carrying case wouldn't be covered by the sales.

Maybe a padded cloth or leather? Something simple with raised foam around the edge so keys are not constantly pressed like crazy?

why do you need to carry it around with you if you don't us asking ?

simply because we might be able to think of some better rather then buying or building a carry case

At my internship I am constantly working on fixing computers and code. Most of my co workers use dovorak or their own code on their keyboards. I mean its literally in their keyboard and if you plug a regular keyboard into the computer it works just fine with qwerty. I asked my boss if I could borrow a keyboard and he said yes for now but I need to get my own.

Most of them throw it in their bag but things get destroyed. I don't have the money for 2 keyboards right now and I thought it would be great to just bring mine along with me.
