I can try, but loading all the defaults (factury-settings) within the BIOS does the same thing right?

Well, that didn't change a thing (CMOS).

I did run memtest86, which resulted in tenthousands of errors. I tested all the modules each by each, one module was corrupt!

Hi everyone,

I'm having some serious troubles lately. I build my own system a few months ago. It all ran smooth without any troubles for a few weeks. But suddenly I'm getting BSOD's a few times a day. I reinstalled Windows, installed all (updated) device drivers but still getting BSOD's. After that, I ordered a new HD (Didn't assume the HD was causing the error but needed a new HD anyway) a Samsung 960 EVO m2. Installed Windows 10 but still getting BSOD's. I don't remember changing any specific BIOS settings, to be sure I did recover all the default options but that doesn't change the BSOD's. After that I tried to update my BIOS, succeeded but no result. I tried to disable some hardware devices on the device manager but can't seem to figure it out which is causing the BSODs. After some research online I tried to run the Windows 10 memory diagnostic, without any problems.

I hope somebody can give me a push in the right directions because I'm kinda stuck in my options.
