I know only a bit in building pc, so I'm having trouble in making one.

Is this build good? I'm trying to keep it under $950 - $900. I'm a gamer, and I also like to multi-task. A friend of mine told me that I should invest more on gpu, cpu and ram and keep it "balanced" to avoid bottlenecks. I already have storage and some periperals so no problems about that. Any suggestions, opinions, and helpful criticism would be nice :D

I might also consider overclocking it, so, should I need cpu cooler? Or would the stock heat sink be enough?

Overclocking adds significant cost to the build. You should get an unlocked cpu (ends in K) and a Z170 or Z270 motherboard. As well as a decent aftermarket cpu cooler.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

OC on the two intel builds is impossible, OC on the Ryzen build is possible BUT you will need a basic CPU cooler like a Hyper 212 EVO or GAMMAXX 400

idk

for intel if you're getting an unlocked cpu you will require an aftermarket heatsink if you're getting a locked cpu like the 6700 and 7500 listed you won't be able to overclock. you'll have to wait for reviews on ryzen's heatsink but judging from the older wraith cooler it should be enough for a mild overclock.
