I'm using an MSI H170 Gaming M3 motherboard and two days ago, I unplugged most from the motherboard to organize the cables. Now, one of the two USB ports from my Phanteks Enthoo Pro M case is not working and I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the motherboard or the case's cable. I checked the pins on the motherboard and one seems out of place? Not really sure if it's suppose to be that way or not, but I'm not sure what's wrong. I tried updating all drivers, reconnecting the cable, and even checking the BIOS, but it is no longer being detected. If any information is missing, please let me know because I'd like to fix this asap. Thank you!

Have you tried to plug other stuff in to it? You could try to messure it with a multimeter or something to see if you get any power to the port. Also check if your front-panel USB connector is plugged in correctly in to the motherboard.

I tried a USB, a mouse, keyboard, external hard drive, and even a small USB powered fan, but none works. I don't have a multimeter so I can't test that. Both USB ports of the case use one cable and one USB port is working so it is definitely plugged in correctly. I even tried unplugging and plugging it in again multiple times but no luck.

Have you tried to update the USB drivers? They could be old, or you might not have any at all.
