Just be sure to download the latest bios for your motherboard and you will be fine.  Without it your mobo won't be able to identify the 7600k.

Do not upgrade, it's a waste unless you want 4K Netflix, even then you have to use edge.

 

Motherboard wise, you do not need to upgrade to z270 unless you want >1 M.2 slot.

Not worth it man, the performance is basically the same, i'd wait for Ryzen 5, or save up for Ryzen 7
