Hey guys, I am experiencing something new. My computer, which worked earlier today, is having some issues starting up into windows. First when I push the power button it starts up, but then almost immediately restarts and then starts booting into windows. Then I get the spinning dots of Windows 10, but then black screen. Nothing else. It just sits there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: I can get into my other installed OS (hackintosh) on the same machine (different SSD). So it is jut Windows 10 acting up.

I'd check the HDD on a different PC with Crystal disk info and then WD data lifeguard or Seagate Seatools depending on the brand. Most of the time when i have issues with hanging on windows load it's due to a faulty or dying hard drive.

Intel i7 3770K [] Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 [] MSI R9 290X 4GB [] 16GB  G.SKILL 2133Mhz [] Crucial MX100 256GB [] WD Black 1TB [] XFX Pro 850W [] Fractal Define R3 [] Func MS-3 R2 [] Corsair K60 []

unfortunately I dont have another Windows machine in the house. So my current plan is to make a complete (not bootable) copy of my drive from OSX and then format and reinstal windows. Then I can run all of those programs and see whats what. I routinely check my drives and they are appearing fine and since they are SSDs it is less likely to be bad, but still possible.

Edit: double to add quote.
