strange thing

hi there i use usb headphones and mouse  and once in 30 mins or so smthing strange happen my mose shuts down in headphones is sound like plugging in stadart hedphones or speakers at 3.5mm 

and screen is affected too some stripes shows up... and it happens like 10 sec and then is gone
