Solid cheap-ish RAM?

Hi,

I'm looking at some RAM, and I've come across G.Skill and their Ripjaws V series for 2x8GB sticks of RAM.

I was wondering (seeing as the RAM doesn't matter which THAT much) if there are any other good (maybe cheaper) options to go for?

They need to be available in black or dark grey :)

Thanks

If so, then 8GB goes for about $50USD cheapest.

Nope. you didn't miss anything.

RAM prices have been steadily rising the past few months, and will probably continue to rise until the second half of this year.

It sucks to see the price of two 8GB sticks be so high, I mean come on now, it's just RAM, right?

But thank you, always good to double check :)

Will have a look on those Corsair ones, depends on if they're cheaper than the G.Skills though. Thank you for the suggestion!

Yep.

A year ago, 16GB of DDR4 was only $60, now it's $100. :(
