E4300 and E4310 part interchangeability

Since I murdered the screen on my (already beat to shit) E4300, I was looking at all the parts I'd need to fix it up proper, and for less than I'd pay to fix my laptop, I can get an E4310 without a battery or hard drive caddy OR power brick. Given that my laptop has an SP9400 and the E4310 I'm looking at has an M540, it is quite the power boost. What I need to know: Can I swap the battery and HDD caddy? And to a lesser degree, the keyboard?

Seems like the battery and the keyboard should be interchangeable between the two models:
