Hello! I am en route to build a custom loop and I only have a few parts left to buy. At my local microcenter there are 2 Sea Hawk EX X's for only freakin' $318!!! I would snag it up right now, but I don't actually have the full loop yet, and I would have to sell my current graphics card to buy it. Another problem is that, what if I suddenly get a good deal on a 1080? Is this waterblock compatible with the 1080 gaming X/Z? Please help ya boy out

My first question would be, why would you ever need more than 2 1070's?

Oh I'm not buying both, I was just saying how many there were. Sorry to confuse you.

well its really worth buying a 1070 if you plan to use the block on it to cool a 1080 (if you buy one), as that will make selling the 1070 much more difficult, personally i would look at what res your playing at, decide if a 1070 is enough, or if you need a 1080 just hold off and pick one up when you see one on sale.

No, their not. the Sea Hawk are reference boards, where X/Z are custom PCB.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon
