The Silverstone SG13 has only 1 fan slot. Case fan needs to be installed as intake or outtake fan?

Traditionally, cases that come with one fan have it set as exhaust, rather than intake.

 

If however, you have a power supply with an active fan and mount it with the fan intake facing into the case, you can use that as an exhaust fan. In that case, having the case fan provide fresh air intake may help.

 

Having a look at the SilverStone SG13, it looks like it was designed to have the front fan as intake, with a lot of passive venting towards the back...

Run it as an intake. I have a SG05, which is basically is the same case and it works fine as an intake. My rig sports a 4690k @ 4Ghz which is cooled by a Scythe Big Shuriken 2 Rev. B and BeQuiet! 120-mm pwm fans. The cpus temperature never exceeds 62°C.
