possibly, at very low?

i had a gt 430 (not comparable, i know, but its like a tiny bit slower, right?)

and it barely pushing 792p with gta v at minimum

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Might do, but 10 cards are notorious for being extremely slow. They aren't made for gaming, simply put.

i can get 2,890FPS in MC:PC and 189FPS in SimCity, but my WoW sub has expired and i can't get the card to strech it's legs very much without the laggy Orgrimmar

Sorry, but MC:PC is not a valid benchmarking tool, and simcity perhaps, you might need to downscale resolution to run newer games.
