Anyways, first off that build will cost $1500 not $1000, and second, you need to change that psu. Get something tier 3 or higher from the psu list (just google ltt psu tier list). Some CXM unit should be fine.

Get a Ryzen 1700/X, even that is major overkill. 1800X is not a worth is for a gaming CPU.
