Hey,

I was just looking at buying the Beyerdynamic MMX300 headset but I was just curious as to if anyone owns them and if so how would they rate them. In terms of sound quality, mic quality, build quality, value for money, comfort.

From what I've heard (from others) is that they're basically a DT770 with a microphone.

Ahh alright - I do want an included microphone but I don't know if it is worth the overall price increase.

They're just a 32 ohm DT770 with a mic.

It is not worth it. For half the price you can get Custom One Pros and buy the optional mic.

so what will be your budget for the headphones and the microphone, I will list options for both and some a bit above and below the price point to let you know what you could be getting for just a bit more/less.

Realistically speaking I was looking to spend £100-250 perhaps slightly more up to £275. But that would be absolute max. I was looking at the corsair vengeance 2100's for money/value.

sennheiser 598 and blue snowball?

if you want wireless headphones then those are a pretty good choice as well, there's alse the logitech ones but I think corsair's are better.

If you were considering the MMX's, why not consider Something from the DT series? They're great headphones.
