android problem with deleting photo/image

so there is an image on my android tablet that i cant delete. I just did a reset of the whole thing and the image is still there and cant be deleted, it just doesnt give me the option. I can only see the informations to the image (name, date, etc.) and i can share it on google drive, etc. I went into the file manager on the tablet and searched for it, but i didnt find it, i also browsed to a lot of folders and its not htere. I did the same thing from the computer where i would connect the tablet as file container. I noticed at the image there was like this ''Picassa'' symbol or how that app is called, but i dont actually have that installed. 

I am really getting frustrated here and need the image deleted, i am serious, pls tell me possible options to get it deleted!
