Looking for a liquid cooling solution for two builds. But I'm on the fence as far as which way to go as far as kits that are out there.

The easy route would be the all in one solutions from corsair or nzxt etc...

But I prefer the exposed clear hard tubing and color. Done right and not over done it looks real clean.

Im not reading any real promising reviews online on most of he available kits. Was hoping someone might have pieced one of their own together and have a list or suggestion?

Looking to spend no more than $250 if possible.

Build spec:

i7-5960X

ASRock x99 Extreme 4

NZXT Flat black/blue mid case

Custom cooling for $250 might be a squeeze, but possible, also as always I suggest you add your GPU to the loop as they see the biggest drop

a quick set up here is 312 euros

Getting a custom loop for $250 is a bit of a stretch. I would say spend 150 on a nice AIO and save the 100 for some games or something.
