1080p webcam shit?

ive had this problem for quite some time now but only now i decided i wanna fix this .. so last year i think i bought a 1080p webcam its an a4 tech webcam ofcourse before i bought it  we tested it at the shop and it was good smooth and clear video but when i got home and plugged it into my pc and tested it it suddenly became shit. is it because of my 130 x 766 monitor? my gtx 960 gpu? or the videos app on windows?

i tried it on other videos app but it was still the same

my pc is

b85-g43 gaming mobo msi

msi gaming gtx 9602gb

Grain?  Colors washed out?  Too dark? Excess compression artifacts?  Low frame rate?

 

Use your words to describe the problem in a meaningful way.  Maybe a screen shot?
