Hi i am having problems with my pc not seeing my usb keyboard and mouse. Both wired. I have a asus sabertooth 990fx motherboard. It was working the other day. My power switch was sticking so i fixed that then plugged usb2 and usb3 and other cables back in and now none of my usb's are working.

I had a motherboard where some of the USB ports quit working. Some motherboards have tiny on-board fuses on the USB ports, but this one didn't seem to. But, it did seem to be related to overloading the USB ports.

Anyway, I had to install a separate USB expansion card in the end.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.
