Computer Freezing / Lock Up

My custom build pc is freezing randomly every 30 mins while playing games, web browsing, and just idling at desktop. The sound stops and noting happens. What ever I was doing just stops like someone hit the pause button. The Q code reader on my motherboard displays AA (which means everything is working). The only way to fix this problem is to hold the power button for 5 seconds. I replaced GPU and Ram With no change. Problem Started after trying to overclock but I have reset CMOS many times with no change. I was Getting FF error code and I took CPU out and fixed some bent pins, but still no change. Running Windows 10 home. I ran memtest with no errors PLEASE HELP!!!!

Motherboard: ASUS ROG crosshair V Formula-Z

GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW+

CPU: AMD FX-8320

RAM: HyperX Fury 8gb

PSU: EVGA 750W

do you have anantivirus running because if the scan is running way to often you could get some big lag spikes

No Windows defender is turned off and its not a lag spike, it crashed my whole computer

what were your overclocked voltages reading

Im not exactly sure but they were under 1.4v

it might be a defective motherboard

if you can chage everything else and it still happens but it sounds like your vrm is bad and not delivering good  power
