Are you not getting a display? That could mean the PC is not posting.

I am not getting any signal on display, mouse and keyboard. What could the issue be? It just started today and the pc has been working fine for months. Any chance of harddrive data being lost?

Nope, no hard drive data could be lost. This is just a posting error. There may be a broken component in the PC now. A cord could be unplugged. I can't help you sadly, but you can post this in the troubleshooting section with a picture of the inside of your PC. Just make your topic "My PC won't post".

Thank you for your time and for telling me that hard drive data isn't lost because that is what i am most concerned about right now.
