Is Tacens Mars gaming 700w power supply good?

Javier_1441

I have a computer with a nvidia founders edition gtx 1070, an intel core 6800k processor, an asus x99-A II and a wd black 2Tb hard drive. Ive seen in many forums that this power supply could ruin my computer. shoud I change it for a corsair power supply? And if so, which one would you recommend me?

For that build I definitely wouldn't trust it.

Whats your budget? Go for a Corsair RMx or Evga G2/G3 if you can afford to.

You ought to change it. It's from an unknown brand and the 12V rail only delivers 550W-ish. I'm betting it uses poor quality components and has a laughable build quality.

Considering you've dropped a significant amount on your PC, you should honestly get a high end PSU such as the EVGA G2/G3 or the Corsair RMi/X.

no it's not a good PSU.

That one is rather low quality...
