EXPLORER.EXE (gone wild)

Hello INTERNET,

 

so when I restart, turn on or do anything that boots up my pc i login to my desktop and this small box pops up. In the title it says

 

Explorer.exe

 

There is only 1 option to click and this is yes and there is now writing.

I have when I click end task or disable it just makes my background go black and I cant do anything.

 

Is there a way so that Explorer.exe wont pop up when I turn on my pc????

Have you check what programs that autostart during startup?
