Extending Wifi Problem

Hey,

so I live in a 3 story apartment in which 2nd and 3rd floor are my'n and basically I have router on 2nd floor but the wifi does not reach the 3rd floor. So thats mean I would have to extend it, I have drawn a small drawing by hand in which you can see the 'house plan'.

Can you please recommend me things or how to extend wifi onto 3rd floor. But it CAN'T be wired from 2nd to 3rd floor since there are public stairs. And I do own 2 routers.(1 is main on the 2nd floor and the other is laying around)

And by 2nd floor I mean 2/3.

Is it out of the question to run ethernet down a vent somewhere or drilling a small hole from 2'nd to 3'rd floor?

I guess thats out as well, I live in a warm country/island and we dont have vents in the apartment and really just in case dont want to drill a hole to the ceiling :D.
