My Gaming rig is not starting. I just put in a new motherboard, processor & CPU cooler. I got it to post the night before, I am aware I need to reinstall windows as the system black screens on "Starting Windows". I was gonna go out & buy a USB drive to put windows on, so I can install it on an old HDD & recover my important files. I plugged in the old HDD, and what happened was is the fans spun slowly, but did not rev up high. I got no signal on my monitor. So I backtracked up to the point before I put the drive in. And now I'm here. Anybody know what could be wrong
