Good pc random fps drops

Hi,

Since a couple if weeks my pc randomly lags every couple of minutes, for so far it only happens in games. The fps just drops from a decent high amount like 100 to 15 for a like 7 seconds. The more I have played on a day, the worse the performance gets.

Specs:
Amd fx8320 cpu
Msi 760GA-43 fx mb
16 gb (2x8) hyperx ram
Msi r9 390 gaming 8G gpu
Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd
Crappy 7200rpm hdd 1tb
Thunder 600watt

My cooling is corsair h80i.

With this pc I sometimes only get 60 at max in league of legends with my settings on low.

Is it software related or should I upgrade some parts, and if thats the case which parts?
