Can I make this run on my version of W.7?

Hey all.. I'm obsessed with the Weather,Computers and Natural disasters. This is a "Early Earthquake Warning" App made by someone I don't know but I wanted to download it to see What it was like. The only thing is... It only works on Windows 7 Home Premium and I have Windows 7 Professional.

Is there anyway I can make it run on my version on W.7?

Professional should have everything Home Premium would have, and much more.

I don't know why.. I downloaded it and it didn't corrupt. I run it and it keeps getting stuck on the loading thing. I'll record a bit and upload it and show you.

Just downloaded it. It seems you have to change your locale to Japanese.
