So this is pretty much unfixable for me.

I've got a Dlink DIR-615 and Dlink DIR-890L and a Cisco modem DPQ3925

the problem is that when I sometimes I try to go on to a site and it won't load. So I have to switch router connections and than the site will load, it basically happens every 10-20 mins until I have to change. I've changed the DNS to be different on both of them and I'm lost now I don't know what to do.

But the exception sometimes is when I'm using my rig and the internet is fine but it's when my family is using tablets or phones.

Have two routers running because of the problem, when one goes down I switch to the other router.

I'm not posting my network diagram due to certain security reason if your ask for it. Lol

Is it bad to have DHCP running on everything?

(soz I'm not good with this stuff, it my dad who knows this stuff, but he doesn't know what to do now since after we've changed the DNS)

Yeah, sounds like it's misconfigured and without a diagram I don't think you will get much help.

Is the modem also a router/switch? Because if it is, then you should probably set your two other routers in "access-point mode" or whatever it is called on your router modems.

Using several routers all in router mode will cause a lot of conflicts.
