Case 5.25 bottom?

Was looking for a new case and need 2 5.25 bays. With the recent rise in PSU shrouds which would be about same size as 2 5.25 drives in height as well as SSD size increases has anyone seen or heard of the 5.25 drives being mounted on the bottom hidden behind a shroud? Seems to me like it would open up a lot of room for water cooling up top and better airflow as fans would be direct to CPU cooler while still giving people who need 5.25 drives the option. Just curious if anyone has seen cases like this.
