New RAM now PC doesn't boot

I just got some new RAM and now my PC doesn't get past the fans turning on I have done solo stick checks as well as cleared CMOS. What else do I do?

is this a prebuilt pc? is there any beeps?

ram may not be compatible, what's your mobo?

No beeping but it is an upgraded Pre-Built and I made sure it is compatible.

Have you tried all the RAM slots? Like move it to a different one.

You made sure the motherboard supports the RAM clock speed?

 

If it's a stock mobo I recommend upgrading anyways.

That ram is ecc memory, unless your mobo supports it then it's incompatible
